What is your return policy?

Imagine walking into a store staffed by your friends. They would only suggest clothes and items to you that they stood behind 100% and that’s exactly what you’ll find at Glad Rags. You can feel confident in your purchase, and if—for any reason—it doesn’t work out, do not worry. Bring it back within 5 days (unworn with original tags attached and your receipt) for a hassle-free refund or exchange.

Merchandise may be returned with a receipt within 5 days of purchase for a full refund (to be refunded in the same manner that it was paid).

You have 30 days from purchase to return or exchange, for in store credit or exchange only. No exceptions. 

Sales items are final sales.

 

RETURN POLICY ON: Intimates, shapewear, socks & hosiery are FINAL SALE.  NO EXCEPTIONS

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED AT A REDUCED PRICE ARE FINAL SALE.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

In store purchases: Regularly priced merchandise may be exchanged or returned for an in-store credit within 30 DAYS of purchase. Items must not show signs of wear for a full refund. Shoes must be returned with their original box and clothing must be returned with their original tags.

 

What is your shipping policy?

We will do our best to ship your item within 24 hours of the special order being placed.
All orders totaling more than $100 will qualify for free standard shipping.
